Each consultation focuses on one of four key CPD compliance areas.

A 1:1 Concierge Assist service is a 30-minute online consultation with one of our CPD experts, or ‘concierge’.

Eligible subscribers can book up to five (5) 1:1 sessions across this selection each year via their Dashboard.

Your concierge will guide you through the AMA CPD Home Tracker, take time to answer your questions, and personally assist you in recording and tracking your CPD learning activities for compliance. 

The plan includes Audit Assist appointments if you’re selected for an audit with AMA CPD Home or the Medical Board of Australia (MBA) provided the plan covers the CPD year under audit.
