Australian Medical Council review of the CPD program of the DoctorPortal Learning PTY LTD (AMA CPD Home) Participants

The CPD program of the DoctorPortal Learning PTY LTD (AMA CPD Home) is undergoing an accreditation assessment in 2025/2026. The Australian Medical Council (AMC) conducts accreditation assessments on behalf of the Medical Board of Australia.

The AMC is a national standards and assessment body for medicine. Its purpose is to ensure that standards of education, training and assessment of the medical profession promote and protect the health of the Australian community. In preparation for the accreditation assessment, DoctorPortal Learning PTY LTD (AMA CPD Home) has provided a detailed submission describing its CPD program and processes. When the AMC accredits a CPD home, it seeks stakeholder feedback on the CPD program and conducts surveys to gather feedback from members of the CPD home.

As a member of the CPD home, we encourage you to contribute to the accreditation assessment through this online survey.

It is important to the AMC that members of the CPD home can give honest and confidential feedback. This survey is conducted by the AMC, not the CPD home; however, to comply with privacy regulations, the CPD home is sending this email on behalf of the AMC. The survey tool used by the AMC creates unique IDs that do not link to an individual’s name. The AMC cannot link survey responses to an individual. At the end of the accreditation assessment, the AMC will provide a summary report of findings to the CPD home.

Completing the survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. This survey is general in nature and some of the questions may not apply to you. The link will cease to work once the survey has been completed (one-use only) and is not trackable by the CPD home or the AMC.
