Supporting your CPD compliance

1:1 Home Subscriber with Concierge services

You do the CPD. We’ll do the paperwork.

Purchase a Home Subscriber with Concierge plan and book up to five (5) personal 1:1 CPD consultations with your CPD Concierge throughout the year.  

Each consultation focuses on one of four key CPD compliance areas. 

Apart from the initial introductory phone call, each 1:1 Concierge Assist service is a 30-minute online consultation on Teams or Zoho Meeting. Each consultation gives you the option to screenshare your CPD Tracker and ask questions on completed or planned CPD, troubleshoot, or align outstanding completed CPD to the correct Domain of Learning.   

Eligible subscribers can book up to five (5) 1:1 consultations across this selection each year via the CPD Tracker Dashboard.

For Home Subscribers who have been notified of a CPD audit^

^Audit Assist can only be booked if you have been notified of an audit by MBA or AMA CPD Home, and were an active Home Subscriber with Concierge in the year being audited. There is a significant difference in price if Audit Assist is purchased separately after notification.

 

Your concierge will guide you through the AMA CPD Home Tracker, take time to answer your questions, and personally assist you in recording and tracking your CPD activities to comply with the Standard.

The subscription plan includes Audit Assist appointments if you’re selected for an audit with AMA CPD Home or the Medical Board of Australia (MBA), provided the plan covers the CPD year under audit.

We’ll walk you through the CPD Home Program Guide and the tools used in compliance – the Dashboard, Tracker and Catalogue. It’s also a great chance for us to understand your learning goals.

Your CPD Planning consultation

In this 30 minute appointment, we’ll work with you to complete your required CPD Plan and identify your learning goals. We’ll suggest activities based on your scope of practice, the Domains of Learning, CAPE aspects, and any Specialist high-level requirements (if applicable).

1:1 Concierge Service: Tracking Assist

Your consultation to keep track of CPD progress

In this session, we’ll guide you through the CPD Tracker, including how to self-record CPD activities and upload supporting evidence, and guide you to our logs and templates to record your participation.

We’ll take this opportunity to examine your progress. We know you complete far more CPD activities than you can record, and those learning activities are essential for compliance. However, the administrative tasks of self-recording CPD activities can be time-consuming, so we’ll show you how to leave that part to us.

You’re Not Alone during a CPD Audit

If you’ve been selected for a CPD audit — either by AMA CPD Home or the Medical Board of Australia (MBA), this service with your Concierge guarantees to help you be audit ready.

Pre-purchasing a plan with Audit Assist and other Concierge services safeguards you from audit surprises.

In this 1:1 session, we’ll carefully:

  • Review your CPD Tracker for the year being audited
  • Understand your unique circumstances
  • Follow-up on any missing supporting documentation
  • Ensure you can respond clearly and confidently to any CPD requirement



✅ Leave with your accurate, audit ready End-of-Year CPD Report demonstrating your compliance with the Standard* for the year you are being audited.

Conditions: You must have been notified of an audit by AMA CPD Home or the Medical Board of Australia (MBA) to book this service. As audits occur retrospectively, you must have been subscribed to AMA CPD Home under the Home Subscriber with Concierge subscription plan, nominated us as your CPD home with Ahpra, and used our Tracker – all in the year being audited.
