The below logs allow you to record a summary of your completed CPD activities that do not generate supporting evidence. Provided for your convenience, you can enter one record or multiple records at once.


Please click ‘Download’ to save each log to your device. Enter the summary details for the activity, save and then upload the log to your self-recorded CPD activity by clicking Browse then Save.


Guidance on when to use each log type is indicated in the CPD Home Program Guide, available from your Dashboard.

Templates

The below templates are provided for optional use and are not mandatory. The templates allow you to systematically undertake and complete complex CFCPD activities with ease. These templates are for convenience only and you may use other formats to conduct these complex CPD activities.
Whilst using these templates you can enter one record or multiple records to log your activities. Please ensure to click ‘Download’ to save the logs on your device. Once saved, you can upload the supporting evidence template onto the CPD platform against the relevant activity.
