Completing CPD activities, like those in the Reviewing Performance (RP) and Measuring Outcomes’ (MO) domain, can be challenging and leave you needing help to figure out where to start.

AMA CPD Home has developed a series of logs and templates to provide you with the necessary support to provide evidence of completed self-directed activities.

Found under Resources on your CPD Tracker, our templates assist you to systematically undertake and complete self-directed activities like an audit, writing a medico-legal patient report, conducting a root-cause analysis, or simply attending a workplace meeting or case-based discussion. 

Our logs and templates are simple documents that empower you to take control of your own learning, providing the necessary structure and guidance to complete these activities confidently that count as ‘supporting evidence’ for activities that are completed independently of an education provider.
