How to apply for an exemption of your CPD requirements under exceptional circumstances.

AMA CPD Home is committed to support you to meet your CPD requirements throughout the CPD year. We understand that there may be times when due to exceptional circumstances an unreasonable burden may be placed on doctors, impinging on their ability to meet their CPD requirements.

Should you find yourself in this position, as a subscriber to AMA CPD Home you can apply for an exemption of your CPD requirements.

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3:

1. Read the ‘Exceptional Circumstances and Special Considerations Policy’ to determine if you qualify for the special consideration.
2. Log in to your CPD Home account, and complete the ‘Special Consideration of Exceptional Circumstance Application Form’ found in the ‘Resources’ tab,  then scroll down to the ‘Administrative Forms and Applications’ box.
3. Upload your supporting evidence and click ‘Submit’.

The review of your application may take up to six weeks. You will then be notified of the outcome upon the completion of the review.
