The handbook is the ultimate guide to best practice recommendations for detecting and managing CKD in primary care. Join us with Prof Karen Dwyer (Director of Nephrology, Royal Melbourne Hospital) and Dr Chris Bollen (GP Consultant, Bollen Health), for a sneak peek into the important changes and new content on pharmacological management of CKD, reducing albuminuria, new information on the Australian CVD Risk Calculator, diet and nutrition, new guidelines for culturally safe care in First Nations Australians, and much more.
