CPD Home Health Check

As we approach the last quarter of the year, it is time to perform a final CPD health check.
Please ensure:
- your annual written CPD Plan has been completed and submitted. The CPD Plan is an effective reference tool, which can be visited throughout the year to ensure you’re working towards meeting your learning goals for your registered scope of practice;
- you have engaged in CPD activities that align with the Australian Medical Council Ltd Good Medical Practice: A code of conduct for doctors in Australia; 2009.
- Culturally Safe Practice
- Addressing Health Inequities
- Professionalism
- Ethical Practice;
- you are meeting the annual minimum hours for Educational Activities (12.5 hours) and Reviewing Performance and Measuring Outcomes (25 hours); and
- you are actively recording your learning in the CPD Home Tracker, reflecting on your completed CPD activities, and uploading accepted supporting evidence for auditing purposes.
Need some support?
CPD Home is actively working towards ensuring you meet your annual CPD requirements. We understand that there may be times where it may be difficult to keep abreast of your CPD requirements.
A CPD Home Support Officer is available to guide you through:
- completing and updating your Professional Profile;
- writing your CPD Plan and identifying relevant CPD activities; and
- recording your CPD activities with accepted supporting evidence.
Contact our CPD Home team by emailing enquiries@cpdhome.org.au if you need support getting back on track.
