CFEP Surveys’ Multi-Source Feedback is a robust, evidence-based tool designed to help medical practitioners excel by providing comprehensive insights from both colleagues and patients, paired with the opportunity for their own self-reflection. This holistic 360-degree view of your performance highlights strengths and areas for improvement, to inform the development of a personal professional development plan, supporting your ongoing continuing professional development (CPD) and reinforcing your commitment to delivering the highest standards of care.

Multi-Source Feedback – Component 1: Colleague Feedback

Colleague Feedback is a key part of the Multi-Source Feedback process, designed to provide structured and systematic feedback on your interpersonal skills within the practice. The feedback focuses on professionalism, including communication with patients and colleagues, teamwork, and managing stress —essential aspects of a successful medical practitioner. The tool helps practitioners reflect on their skills, based on how they are rated by their peers, and supports them in strengthening their strong points while addressing areas that need improvement. This colleague feedback tool is an internationally validated instrument with extensive peer-reviewed publications supporting its relevance and effectiveness. By engaging with Multi-Source Feedback - Colleague Feedback, you gain valuable insights into how your colleagues perceive your professional behaviour and interactions. This reflective process promotes self-awareness and helps identify opportunities for growth. Additionally, completing Multi-Source Feedback - Colleague Feedback contributes to your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements, as recognised by the Medical Board of Australia and other relevant medical colleges.

CPD allocation for completing this activity: 1.5 hours Educational Activities, 8 hours Measuring Outcomes, and 7.5 hours Reviewing Performance.
