Multi-Source Feedback - Component 2: Patient Feedback

Description

CFEP Surveys’ Multi-Source Feedback is a robust, evidence-based tool designed to help medical practitioners excel by providing comprehensive insights from both colleagues and patients, paired with the opportunity for their own self-reflection. This holistic 360-degree view of your performance highlights strengths and areas for improvement, to inform the development of a personal professional development plan, supporting your ongoing continuing professional development (CPD) and reinforcing your commitment to delivering the highest standards of care.

Multi-Source Feedback – Component 2: Patient Feedback

Patient Feedback is an essential element of the Multi-Source Feedback process, designed to gather meaningful feedback from patients on their experience with your care. It focuses on key areas such as communication, professionalism, and the interpersonal aspects of your practice that directly impact patient satisfaction. The questionnaire, which patients complete following their consultation, provides insights into how they perceive your care. This feedback helps identify areas where you excel and those where further development would be beneficial. By reflecting on this feedback, you can enhance your patient interactions and further strengthen your professional capabilities. The Patient Feedback tool is widely used across healthcare systems and is supported by extensive peer-reviewed publications validating its relevance and effectiveness. Engaging with Multi-Source Feedback – Patient Feedback not only supports professional development but also helps fulfil Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements, as recognised by the Medical Board of Australia and other key medical bodies.
